Terms of Service
Void Creators (the "App") is a companion web app operated by Void (the team operating Void Creators, "we", "us", "our"), a TikTok LIVE creator talent agency, for creators it manages. By accessing or using the App you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and meet TikTok's minimum age requirements, to use the App. The App is invite-only, for creators who are part of the Void agency roster. By using it you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. The service
The App shows you your own LIVE performance (diamonds, valid LIVE days, hours, follower growth) from the agency data Void maintains, provides AI-generated coaching insights built on your own numbers, and lets you generate AI images and videos with a credit allowance you earn by going LIVE. The App is provided on an "as is" basis and we may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts & authentication
You can sign in either with TikTok via TikTok Login Kit (OAuth 2.0), with read-only access to your public profile, or with a one-time login link we email to the address your Void manager registered for you. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You may revoke the App's TikTok access at any time from your TikTok account settings (Manage app permissions); doing so prevents future TikTok sign-in. The App never posts, shares, or modifies any content on your TikTok account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content with the App's AI tools, and not to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
5. AI-generated content
AI content is generated via third-party models (through the Vercel AI Gateway). You are responsible for how you use what you generate. You retain your prompts; creator avatars, handles, and other TikTok material remain the property of their respective owners and/or TikTok.
6. Credits
Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted or expire. They can only be used inside the App.
7. Availability & data accuracy
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Data shown reflects imports from TikTok's tools and may not be real-time or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Void will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profit, or reputation, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
We may revoke access if you leave the agency or breach these Terms. You can stop using the App and revoke its TikTok access at any time in your TikTok settings.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, where the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
